In May 2022, Misty embarked on a new chapter by founding her own HR consulting business, McCraw Consulting. Specializing in business consulting and training, Misty's consultancy serves as a transformative force, empowering businesses to optimize their HR functions and achieve operational success.

 

Misty currently serves as the President of the Golden Triangle Human Resources Association and is the founder of the Golden Triangle Business Women. Beyond her professional endeavors, Misty serves in her local community as a board member of the Columbus Lowndes Chamber of Commerce.
